A Scale International marcou presença oficial no evento "Veta, Dilma", que teve lugar no dia 29/11/2012, em protesto ao Projeto de Lei n.º 5.938/2009, o qual introduziria alterações importantes ao regime de repartição dos royalties do petróleo previsto na Lei n.º 9.478, de 06/08/97.
Tais alterações acabaram por ser objeto de veto presidencial, mantendo o Estado do Rio de Janeiro os seus direitos sobre os royalties do petróleo, gás natural e outros hidrocarbonetos fluidos no respectivo território produzidos.

Scale International attended the event "Veta, Dilma", which took place on 11.29.2012, in Downtown of Rio de Janeiro, in protest against the Project of Law n. º 5.938/2009, which would introduce changes to the system of distribution of oil royalties established by the Law n. 9,478, of 06/08/97.
Such amendments were eventually object of presidential veto, maintaining the state of Rio de Janeiro its rights on royalties from oil, natural gas and other fluid hydrocarbons produced in its territory.
